It is your responsibility to ensure you keep all contact information up-to-date with our offices.

We understand that sometimes a patient cannot make a scheduled appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. However, we require patients to reschedule or cancel appointments with at least 24 hours notice.

If you no-show or fail to reschedule/cancel an appointment without giving the 24-hour notice, a $25.00 charge will be applied to each child's account who misses an appointment, and the patient can only be rescheduled once this fee is paid.

I am sure you know that missing an appointment prevents us from giving your child the care they need. However, it is also detrimental to us because it prevents us from scheduling another child who also needs dental care as well. We are updating our appointment policy at Swauger & Suiter Pediatric Dentistry:  Effective August 1, 2023.

If you can't keep a scheduled appointment, we need at least 24 hours notice via call, voicemail, text, or email. If we don’t receive a notice from you in this time frame, a $25 fee will be charged for every appointment missed/canceled. Entendemos que a veces un paciente no puede asistir a una cita programada debido a circunstancias imprevistas. Sin embargo, requerimos que los pacientes reprogramen o cancele citas con al menos 24 horas de anticipación.

Si no se presenta o no reprograma/cancela una cita sin dar el aviso de 24 horas, se aplicará un cargo de $25.00 a la cuenta de cada niño que falte a una cita, y no se podrá reprogramar al paciente hasta que se pague esta tarifa.

Estoy seguro de que sabe que faltar a una cita nos impide brindarle a su hijo la atención que necesita. Sin embargo, también es perjudicial para nosotros porque nos impide programar a otro niño que también necesita atención dental. Estamos actualizando nuestra política de 

citas en Swauger & Suiter Pediatric Dentistry: a partir del 1 de agosto de 2023. 

 

 Si no puede asistir a una cita programada, requerimos un aviso de al menos 24 horas por llamada, correo de voz, mensaje de texto o correo electrónico. Si no recibimos un aviso de usted en este período de tiempo, se cobrará una tarifa de $25 por cada cita perdida/cancelada.
